How to handle chrome extensions?

Hi,

I have a custom chrome extension developed by us. I need to test it.

How to test the extension?
1.How to load the extension in chrome using testcafe
2.How to interact with chromeextension UI using testcafe
3.How to test the functions / apis/ data coming in / out in the chrome extension using testcafe

Help me to achieve this

Hello @vigneshwar-v,

Unfortunately, TestCafe doesn't support testing Chrome extensions. If you need some extension installed while tests are running, you can install it in your regular Chrome profile, and then use :userProfile mode when starting TestCafe, e.g.:

testcafe chrome:userProfile tests/

thanks @AndreyBelym and is there any way to communicate with chrome extensions' UI..
I mean using the extension via UI
