News user, hobbled by Discussion Board

Would love to use this tool, but I am prohibited from giving ANY code feedback, because new users cannot upload files, and I am also getting this error, any time I want to respond to someone trying to help me:

"Sorry, new users can only mention 2 users in a post".

So basically, useless for me.

Thanks... confusing enough using a new tool for the first time, and then not being able to have a discussion... becomes frustrating.
